When I perform a Crystal, Minnesota home inspection, I spend hours educating myself about every possible aspect that a home buyer may need to know so I can pass that information onto you, so you are as knowledgeable about the house as I am. Finding the things that may be of concern is just the first step. Then, taking the time and being able to explain those concerns, why they happened, and what can be done to correct the problem, is the next step in getting you the information you need to feel confident moving ahead. This is why so many of my clients refer theirs friends and family to Reassurance Home Inspection LLC to inspect their perspective home. My commitment to you is that my inspections, reports, and the quality of education you receive about your future home, are second to none.

I offer a detailed inspection, a great narrative inspection report with photos, repair and maintenance procedure and suggestions, approximate repair cost estimates when possible, and a very informative walk through with you, room by room, inside and out, to explain the concerns and workings of the home. You searched long and hard for the home you are buying. Make sure you select your home inspector as carefully. I realize you are investing much of your savings on this home and know you deserve the best home inspection you can get. Let me help you feel more confident about your decision to buy. A home inspection is one of most important steps in the home purchase process. Your inspection should be more than a report with check boxes indicating good, bad, or I don't know. You are paying for information and to be educated by a professional about the defects, health and safety concerns, and needed maintenance issues. My report and educational walk through with you, will give you the details of each area of concern, why it is happening, and what action should be taken. I also discuss with you the good aspects of the home and what may need to be done to keep them in good condition. I believe this is the information you need to make an informed decision before moving ahead. Once in the home, you can always contact me for consultation or advice about repairs or maintenance for as long as you own the home. Be sure the home inspection company you choose can offer you this kind of information and personal service.
